Vendor Booths

Vendor applications must be received by Friday, December 1, 2022.

In order to have a well rounded event, booth space must be related to the wedding/bridal industry and may be limited per category. Applications for booths will be on a first come, first served basis determined by category, postmark, and/or receipt of payment.

Event organizers will review applications within seven days of being received and will notify the applicant of acceptance or denial immediately after review. Upon acceptance applicants will receive further instruction.

All vendors are required to stay for the entire event. Breakdown of booth may begin when expo closes at 4pm. Vendors are responsible for all equipment used for their exhibits. Draping and chairs will be provided. tables with cloths are available at an additional fee.

Displays may not overhang the assigned booth range. Exhibits larger than the listed space will be required to choose a larger booth or additional booths with immediate payment.

The Magnolia Bridal Expo is not responsible for the loss or damage of any items.

Each exhibit must be manned at all times during the expo hours. If sales are made the day of the show, each vendor is responsible for collecting Mississippi state sales tax of 7% as required by law. We will provide the tax envelopes and sales tax will be collected 30 minutes before the show is over.

Application does not guarantee entry. Event organizers reserve the right to accept or deny any application based on the applicants relevance to the desired tone of the event or relation to the wedding industry. For additional information use our contact form by clicking here.
